Registration fees


To attend or to present your work at AESLA 2019 all participants are required to create an account and to pay the appropriate registration fee (referred to as ticket in your personal dashboard, in the “buy tickets” section). The different fees and inscription modalities for AESLA 2019 are the following:

*Students or unemployed presenting at the conference will pay the corresponding AESLA or non-AESLA member fee.

Inscription will be closed on March 3 2019 and proposals of authors not having registered and paid before that date will be removed from the final program.

 *If you are attending the conference and you are a student or unemployed, please upload proof of your student or unemployed current status (e.g. enrollment copy, unemployment card) during purchase in the designated field.

No onsite payments will be accepted.


Once the registration fee has been paid, please contact us if you are travelling by train so that we can provide you with the AESLA 2019 conference discount official document (aesla2019-uva@aesla.org.es; subject: RENFE discount).


Conference dinner

The conference dinner will be held at the Cloister of the Convent of the Agustinos Filipinos on Friday March 29 2019.

The price for the conference dinner is 55 euros. The corresponding ticket can be purchased at the same time as the inscription ticket or at any other time, before March 3 2019.

No onsite payments will be accepted.


If you are attending the conference dinner and you have any dietary requirements/conditions, please contact us by March 3 2019 (aesla2019-uva@aesla.org.es; subject: gala dinner).


Means of payment

Payment of the conference fee (and conference dinner) will be done via each participant’s account in the section “tickets & invoices” by clicking on “buy tickets” and then selecting the number of attendees. Payment can be done via bank transfer or PayPal.

Payment via bank transfer

Bank transfer must be made first using the following details and for either the conference fee only, or the conference fee and the gala dinner:

Transfer concept: please write AESLA2019 and your FULL NAME (e.g. "AESLA2019 John Jones")

Once you have your payment receipt, log in and start the purchase process on the website. Upload your payment receipt in the “OPTIONAL - Upload your bank transfer receipt” field.


Payment via PayPal

PayPal Payment must be done directly via each participant’s account on the conference website.

Registration will not be considered valid until the Organizing Committee has received a copy of the payment receipt (in the case of bank transfer) and a copy of the student/unemployment status (if that is the case). 

Once the process is complete, you will receive an email confirming the operation, on the email account with which you registered. Your status will be changed to “attending”.

Cancellation Policy

There will be no refund of fees after March 3 2019.
